As an ERISA 3(38) Discretionary Investment Manager, we assume responsibility of the selection, monitoring, and replacement of the investments in the fund menu. We use a prudent process to evaluate money managers against their peer groups.
We will also regularly make ourselves available onsite when possible to meet with your employees in groups or in one-on-one sessions. We will provide investment education and advice to use the retirement plan to their greatest benefit.

This is the discretionary management of money into assets in an investment account at a third-party custodian.
Fees above are annual and billed on a monthly basis to the managed accounts.
